Alexis Fuetsch of San Antonio has been crowned Miss Texas USA 2026 and will represent Texas at the upcoming 75th Miss USA pageant in Miami. The public relations and pre-law honors student is also an entrepreneur and advocate for children with disabilities through TeletonUSA. Her victory marks another important state title on the road to the national competition. Fuetsch says she intends to represent Texas with purpose, kindness, and pride.
